COE-Group Event Registration

When you choose the invoice icon on the Organization Profile, the Centralized Order Entry | Order form opens. The COE form allows you to order several items or register for several events using one invoice.

To use COE to register a group for an Event, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>CRM>Find, Query, or Add Organization>Organization Profile.
  2. Click the invoice icon. The Centralized Order Entry|Order window opens.
  3. Fill in the Bill To information as described in the table below.

  5. In the Actions section, click the Select Product drop-down list to see a list of actions you can perform on this form.
  6. Select the event group reg icon . The Centralized Order - Group Registrant form opens.
  7. Fill in the Registrant Information section as described in the table below.

  8. The Registrants Section of the form lists registrants and guests. Click the delete button to delete the Registrant and any associated guests. Click the edit button to open the Edit Registration window. The Edit Registration window presents all the fields you have edited so far in the wizard in one window for editing. Make your changes and click OK.

  9. Click the Add a Registrant button to go through the steps to add an individual registrant and a guest. At least one registrant is required. The Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Registrant Info page opens.
  10. Fill in the Registrant Info information as described in the table below.

  11. Fill in the Badge information as described in the table below.

  12. Click the Next button. The Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Fee Info | Select Fees window opens .
    1. Click the check box beside each Event you would like to register the group for.
    2. Click the total button to see the total price for all the events you chose.
    3. Click the Back button to return to the Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Registrant Info window. Click the Next button to go to the next page in the Fee process. Click the Skip to Agenda button to skip to the Registrant's agenda.
    4. Review the Registrant Info, the fee information, and the guest information on the Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Registrant Agenda window.
    5. Click the Back button to return to the Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Fee Info | Select Fees window. Click the Next button to go to the Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Guest Info | Guest window. Click the Return to Organization button to go back to the Centralized Order Entry | Order window.
  13. Enter the Guest Registrant information as described in the table below.

  14. In the Event Fees, Tracks, and Sessions sections, select the activity the guest wants to register for.
  15. Click the total button to see the total fee for everything you have selected.
  16. Type the guest's disability or dietary requirements in the ADA & Special Dietary Needs field.
  17. Click the Back button to go back to the Registrant Agenda window. Click the Save Guest button to save the guest information and return to the blank Guest Entry form. Click the Next button to go back to Centralized Order Entry - Group Registrant | Group Info window with all the Registrants listed.
  18. Click the Confirm & Finish button to review your order and enter payment information, then click the Save button.
